Each 5 ml contain 5 mg Domperidone.
Epigastric sense of fullness, early satiety, felling of abdominal distension, upper abdominal pain and heart burn.
Nausea and vomiting specially related to radiotherapy or drug therapy.

HOW TO TAKE AMISTOP
Always take AMISTOP suspension exactly as your physician has told you.
You should check with your physician or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Shake the bottle before use
Your physician will determine what dose is appropriate for you.
• For treatment of nausea and vomiting:
Adults and children > 35 kg: 10 mg three times daily.
Children< 35 kg: 0.25 mg/kg three times daily and for one week.
It is recommended to take AMISTOP suspension before meals.
If taken after meals, absorption of the drug may be delayed.
If you take more AMISTOP than you should:
Call your physician or go to the nearest hospital emergency unit immediately.
Overdose occurs mainly in infants and children. Symptoms includes:
convulsions, agitation, disorientation and somnolence.
Treatment: There is no specific antidote to domperidone. Gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal are recommended with immediate medical supervision.
If you forget to take AMISTOP:
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose.
Do not use extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
If you stop taking AMISTOP SUSPENSION:
Do not stop taking AMISTOP unless your physician tells you to.
